Job summary

Pavago is seeking a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative (P&C) for a fully remote role serving U.S.-based agencies. You will manage policy servicing, quotes, renewals, and customer support, working with policyholders, carriers, and agency teams to ensure accurate, timely service.

The ideal candidate holds an active U.S. P&C license (resident or non-resident) and has at least 1 year of P&C experience.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Minimum 1 year of P&C insurance experience with an agency or carrier.
• Experience in Personal Lines or Commercial Lines.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Must be located outside of the United States.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home office.
• Ability to work during U.S. business hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with policy servicing, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and general servicing requests.
• Prepare insurance quotes for new and existing customers and explain coverage options.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers and internal agency teams to ensure accurate records and timely responses.
• Document all interactions in the agency management system and maintain compliance with procedures.
