The role handles inbound calls about customers' insurance policies and assists with coverage inquiries, endorsements, billing, and policy changes. Training is 100% paid, and licensing costs are covered as you progress toward state licensure.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Must have open availability during operating hours.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls regarding customers' insurance policies.
• Assist callers with coverage, endorsements, billing, or policy modifications.
• Manage high-volume billing calls, especially around military paydays (1st and 15th).
• While awaiting state license, focus on billing inquiries.
