Foundever is seeking a Remote Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative in the United States. We cover training, testing, and state licensing costs to help you obtain your license while you work on billing and policy inquiries.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Must have open availability during operating hours.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls regarding customers' insurance policies and assist with coverage, endorsements, certificates, binders, billing or policy changes.
• Respond to inquiries about coverage and policy details with empathy and accuracy.
• Manage a high volume of billing calls, especially around military paydays (1st and 15th).
• While awaiting state licensing, focus on billing inquiries and training.
