What Were Looking For

• 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
• 1 year of customer service or related experience preferred
• Comfortable managing inbound calls in a structured, work from home environment
• Open availability including evenings and weekends based on business needs
• Commitment to consistent attendance during training and your assigned schedule after successful completion is key. Your engagement, attendance, and performance throughout training help us match you with the best available production schedule for success.
• Motivated to complete coursework and earn your state insurance license

Your Home Office Setup

To do your best work, you will need:

• A hardwired high speed internet connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps upload and 5 Mbps download
• A quiet, secure, and dedicated workspace free from distractions
• A webcam is provided and will be used throughout training to create an engaging, connected learning experience. Once you are in your role, you can expect to use it for team check ins, one on ones, and team activities as well.
• A personal computer, laptop, or compatible tablet during College of Insurance training

Licensing Requirements

Foundever covers everything you need to get licensed including pre-licensing training and exam prep, testing and licensing fees, and required background checks.

Please note that travel to testing or fingerprinting locations may be required, and a valid state issued photo ID is needed to complete this process.

Schedule and Training Hours

Hours of Operation

• Monday through Sunday from 7:00 am-1:59 am ET.

Shifts may include evenings and weekends. All shifts are scheduled within our hours of operation, and schedules are shared in advance so you can plan accordingly.
