Job summary

Aspire General Insurance Company and Aspire General Insurance Services are seeking a Licensed Customer Service Representative II for a fully remote role serving California. Under supervision, you will support insureds and producers, handle policy changes, answer coverage questions, and ensure timely solutions while complying with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Active California Property & Casualty (P&C) License OR California Personal Lines License at time of hire
• California licensing is required and must be active and in good standing at hire
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls and chats from insureds and producers, identifying concerns and providing timely solutions
• Assist producers with technical questions and system navigation
• Process incoming emails, phone requests, and other correspondence promptly and accurately
• Gather additional information from insureds or producers as needed and explain underwriting determinations
• Identify and communicate potential risk concerns to Underwriting
• Handle cancellation requests and follow retention procedures
• Review, evaluate, and process policy endorsements
• Provide accurate and professional written communication (emails, letters, reports, policy documentation)
• Follow state and federal laws, Department of Insurance requirements, and Aspire policies and procedures
• Deliver high level customer service while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Perform additional duties as assigned
