State Farm is seeking a fully remote Account Manager in the United States to support clients across states. The role emphasizes sales, service and relationship building, with opportunities to grow into an insurance and financial services specialist.

The ideal candidate has State Farm Agency experience, holds Property & Casualty and Life licenses, and is available 9:00am–5:00pm PST Monday–Friday. Strong communication, teamwork and cross-selling skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of State Farm Agency experience.
• Property & Casualty and Life licensed in the U.S.
• Available 9:00am-5:00pm PST Monday - Friday.
• Upbeat, enthusiastic and coachable attitude.
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively with a team.
• Experience that demonstrates strong cross-selling and sales skills.
• Ability to meet expectations with minimal supervision.
• Excellent writing, speaking and professional communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Speaking with clients by phone, email, text.
• Scheduling and conducting client appointments.
• Processing new applications, changes to current policies and payments.
• Help maintain high retention rate by building strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Taking on additional higher-level tasks as new skills and knowledge are acquired.
