Qualifications

• Active Hawaii Property & Casualty Insurance License (required)
• Property & Casualty insurance experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced office
• Strong computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new software and technology
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to accurately retain and recall information while managing multiple client accounts
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• A genuine desire to help people

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service
• Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, endorsements, renewals, and claims support
• Review insurance coverage and identify opportunities to better protect clients
• Write new business and cross-sell existing accounts
• Process policy transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain detailed customer records and documentation
• Work closely with team members to deliver exceptional customer experience and create a cohesive team environment
