Job summary

Rett Rutland - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Manager to support daily operations and customers’ success. You will grow the agency through meaningful relationships and act as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments.

You will proactively market relevant products, conduct policy reviews, and handle complex customer issues while pursuing sales targets in a remote setting. Prior State Farm experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• State Farm experience preferred.
• Active Property & Casualty license preferred or able to obtain within an agreed timeframe after hire.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
