Job summary

Sailor Health is a nationwide, fully remote mental health practice specializing in geriatric care. We support therapists with caseloads, admin tasks, and clinical supervision, enabling focus on delivering therapy from home.

We offer part-time and full-time roles (1099 or W2 with benefits). Start at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2), with scheduling flexibility across 7 days. Competitive per-session rates and benefits for W2.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC or equivalent).
• Licensed in Washington state.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience working with older adults/geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet individual patient needs.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular paid case consultations and clinical leadership meetings.
