Job summary

Integrity FEX is expanding its remote sales team and seeks currently licensed life insurance agents who are motivated, professional, and comfortable helping clients by phone. As a Licensed Final Expense Agent, you will discuss life insurance options, assess client needs, and guide them through the application process in a remote, performance-driven environment.

Ideal candidates are licensed agents with strong communication skills, self-motivation, and a commitment to compliant sales practices.

Qualifications

• Active Life Insurance Producer License is required.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with prospective clients by phone.
• Ability to conduct professional needs-based sales conversations.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage a remote schedule.
• Coachable and willing to participate in ongoing development.
• Commitment to ethical and compliant insurance sales practices.

Responsibilities

• Speak with prospective clients regarding final expense and life insurance coverage.
• Conduct phone-based needs assessments.
• Identify client coverage goals, budget, and insurance needs.
• Explain available life insurance products clearly and professionally.
• Present appropriate coverage options based on client needs and eligibility.
• Assist clients with completing insurance applications.
• Follow up throughout the application and underwriting process.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity.
• Utilize company-supported sales systems and carrier platforms.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and carrier education.
• Follow applicable insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
