Integrity FEX is seeking a Final Expense Sales Representative to guide prospective clients through life insurance options and the application process. You will conduct phone consultations to assess needs, explain coverage choices, and present suitable options based on each client’s goals.

This remote role requires professional, organized, self-motivated individuals who can thrive in a performance-driven sales environment and maintain compliance with state laws and carrier rules.

Qualifications

• Active Life Insurance Producer License preferred or required based on role assignment.
• Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable conducting remote sales conversations.
• Ability to explain insurance concepts clearly.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Speak with prospective clients regarding final expense and life insurance coverage.
• Conduct phone-based needs assessments.
• Identify client goals, budgets, and coverage needs.
• Explain available life insurance products clearly and professionally.
• Present suitable coverage options based on client needs and eligibility.
• Assist clients throughout the insurance application process.
• Follow up with clients during underwriting and policy processing.

• Participate in ongoing sales training, product education, and team development.
• Follow state insurance laws, carrier requirements, and company compliance standards.
