Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representatives meet with clients remotely, learn to identify needs, and educate families on protection options. Licensing support is available and mentorship is ongoing.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to educate clients clearly.
• Self-motivated and coachable with a desire to learn and grow.
• Comfortable talking to people by phone or video.
• Strong time-management and record-keeping habits.
• Basic computer literacy and stable internet connection.
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule.
• Previous customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients remotely by phone or video.
• Learn to identify client needs and recommend insurance solutions.
• Educate families on life insurance and financial protection options.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients to maintain relationships.
• Participate in training sessions, coaching, and professional development.
• Maintain accurate records using company systems.
• Build long-term relationships through excellent customer service.
