Integrity FEX is a life insurance sales organization that helps individuals and families secure final expense coverage. The Final Expense Sales Representative will work remotely, speaking with prospective clients by phone and guiding them through the application process.

The role requires organized, professional, self-motivated individuals in a performance-focused sales environment. Prior final expense or life insurance sales experience is preferred, with license considerations based on role

Qualifications

• Active Life Insurance Producer License preferred or required.
• Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in remote sales.
• Ability to explain insurance concepts clearly.

• Ability to work independently and manage daily activity.

Responsibilities

• Speak with prospective clients regarding final expense and life insurance coverage.
• Conduct phone-based needs assessments.
• Explain available life insurance products in a clear and professional manner.
• Present suitable coverage options based on individual needs and eligibility.
• Assist clients throughout the insurance application process.
• Follow up with clients during underwriting and policy processing.
• Maintain accurate records of client conversations and sales activity.
• Use company-supported sales systems and insurance carrier platforms.
• Participate in ongoing sales training, product education, and team development.
• Follow applicable state insurance laws, carrier requirements, and company compliance standards.
