Integrity FEX is seeking a Sales Account Executive for a remote, independent contractor role focused on educating clients about life insurance solutions and guiding them through the application process.

The position offers flexible scheduling, onboarding, mentorship, and access to multiple carrier options to tailor coverage for each client. Prior sales or customer-service experience is helpful but not required, and licensing is encouraged or obtainable before selling insurance.

Qualifications

• Proven organizational skills and reliability.
• Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Active Life & Health Insurance License preferred or willingness to obtain one before selling insurance.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients who have requested information about life insurance.
• Conduct phone and virtual consultations to understand client needs.
• Recommend coverage options based on client goals and budget.
• Guide clients through the insurance application process.
• Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM platform.
• Follow carrier guidelines, licensing requirements, and compliance standards.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings.
• Build strong relationships by providing excellent customer service.
