Job summary

A.N. Deringer, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Customs Broker for a remote role supporting our Boston team. This position follows a Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST schedule and oversees the import process to ensure compliance with U.S. and foreign laws.

Responsibilities include preparing documents, guiding customers through customs procedures, and working with Customs and other departments to resolve issues and pursue new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Licensed Customs Broker with at least 5 years of broker experience.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through customs requirements and processes.
• Prepare and submit documents, determine tariff and duty payments.
• Manage and resolve customer issues related to imports/exports.
• Work with Customs to resolve problems and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to pursue new leads and resolve service issues.
