Qualifikationen

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field from an accredited institution.
• Active Texas LPC license to practice without restrictions.
• Minimum of two years of professional counseling experience in clinical settings.
• Strong knowledge of Texas legal and ethical standards for mental health practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport and a safe environment.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate within a healthcare team.
• Proficiency in using EMR software and teletherapy tools.
