Small Steps Psychological Services is seeking a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for a full-time remote role in Connecticut. You will conduct assessments, deliver CBT/DBT and other evidence-based therapies, and maintain compliant records in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

The position emphasizes collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, ongoing professional development, and serving diverse individuals and families with a focus on emotional well-being.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling or Psychology.
• Active and unrestricted Connecticut LPC licensure.
• At least two years of clinical counseling experience.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with a healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and create individualized therapy plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups using CBT, DBT, or solution-focused approaches.
• Maintain compliant clinical records and protect confidentiality.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in meetings.
• Pursue ongoing professional development through workshops and training.
