Job summary

Child & Family Services is seeking an MCI Clinician to deliver mobile crisis intervention and on-site therapeutic support for adults, youth, and families in the community. The role emphasizes rapid assessment, stabilization, and linkage to services to prevent hospitalization and ensure safety.

The position requires a Master’s degree in a clinical field and license-eligibility for LICSW/LMHC/LMFT or LADC-I, with at least one year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Clinical Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or other licensure-eligible program.
• Must be license-eligible for LICSW/LMHC/LMFT or LADC-I.
• Minimum of one year of experience with adults and/or children in a clinical role.

Responsibilities

• Provide mobile, on-site crisis intervention and brief therapy to prevent hospitalization.
• Coordinate wraparound services and referrals for clients and families.
• Perform intake, risk assessment, safety planning, and follow-up evaluations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participating providers.
