Job summary

Pacific Clinics in Nevada County is seeking dedicated Crisis Clinicians to join the Mobile Crisis Response Team. You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, conduct risk assessments, and provide evidence-based interventions and case management for children, youth and adults in the community.

This role operates Wednesdays through Saturdays 9am–7pm. The position offers an annual salary of $79,295–$97,523 plus an 8% license differential and a 7.5% bilingual differential for

Qualifications

• Master of Arts (M.A.) in Social Work, Marriage Family Counselor, Clinical Psychology, or closely related field with two (2) years of supervised clinical experience.
• Licensed according to California state law (Welfare and Institutions Code section 5600.2) or become licensed within the designated time frame.
• Registration with the BBS or BOP required.
• If program requires, employee must pass an initial physical abilities test (PATS) and be certified in crisis intervention techniques within the first 30 days and annually.

Responsibilities

• Completes assessments and evaluations that are culturally relevant and appropriate to youth, adults and family strengths and needs.
• Independent development of effective treatment plans with measurable intervention strategies.
• Provide clinical leadership and share data with team.
• Record and maintain clinical information and ensure documentation compliance.
• Coordinate integration of Functional Behavior Analysis into service plans with clients and families.
• Facilitate development of safety plans (reactive and proactive).
• Monitor effectiveness of interventions and meet revenue and productivity standards.
• Maintain organized paperwork and information management to support timelines.
