Families & Youth Innovations Plus is seeking an Assessment Therapist in Las Cruces, NM. This full-time, salaried position conducts diagnostic mental health assessments for children, adolescents, and families and develops treatment plans with the care team.
Requirements include a Master's degree in counseling, social work, or psychology and NM licensure in good standing. Travel within Dona Ana County may be required.

MA/MS + License Salary: $55,000 - $66,550 (3 levels based on experience and education)
Independent License Salary: $70,000 - $84,700 (3 levels based on experience and education)
FLSA Status: Salaried/Exempt

Department: Intake, Triage and Assessment
The Assessment Therapist conducts diagnostic mental health assessments and formulates appropriate treatment plans for children, adolescents, and their families based on the family needs and strengths by collaborating with physicians, treatment team members, and adjunctive service providers as necessary to implement patient interventions and achieve treatment goals.
FYI+ is a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) Grant Site. Our agency's therapists work with case managers and other support providers to meet participants' basic needs as well as offer therapy, crisis services, and other supportive services.
