Qualifications

• 12 months of clinical experience after licensure
• Master’s degree or higher in related field
• Full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC or Psychologist license
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Maintain licensure/certification throughout employment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Proficient with Electronic Health Records; NextGen desirable
• Computer literacy across common software tools

Responsibilities

• Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders
• Create individualized treatment plans according to patient needs
• Meet with patients regularly to provide counseling and adjust plans
• Conduct ongoing assessments and involve families when appropriate
• Plan outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities
