Headlight in California is seeking licensed clinicians to join a clinician-led team delivering accessible mental health care. You will diagnose, treat, and tailor plans within a supportive, autonomous environment, with administrative tasks handled to let you focus on clients.

The company emphasizes innovative technology (NextGen EHR) and collaborative case consultations, with a base salary around $90,000 plus billed-hour bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC or Psychologist license.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
• Maintain licensure and/or certification throughout employment.
• Ability to work as a team member with strong communication skills.
• EHR proficiency with NextGen.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Create individualized treatment plans according to patient needs.
• Meet with patients regularly to provide counseling and adjust plans as necessary.
• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress.
• Involve and advise family members when appropriate.
• Plan outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities.

Education

Master’s Degree or higher
