Job summary

Headlight is hiring licensed clinicians to join its telehealth and in-person teams across the U.S. The position offers a W-2 role with medical benefits and a base salary plus a monthly billed-hour bonus.

Qualifications

• Must have 12 months clinical setting experience after full licensure.
• Master’s level degree or higher in related field.
• Full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC or Psychologist license (California location specified).
• Bilingual skills are a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive rapport with patients.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Create individualized treatment plans.
• Meet with patients regularly for counseling and adjust plans as needed.
• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress.
• Involve and advise family when appropriate.
• Plan outreach and referrals in surrounding communities.
