Our team values nonprofit-style collaboration, interdisciplinary case discussions, and innovative use of Blueprint AI to capture notes. The role offers admin support, insurance and billing handling, and flexible hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months in a clinical setting after full licensure.
• Master’s level degree or higher in related fields is required.
• Full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC or Psychologist license (per state).
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency with EHR systems; NextGen highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with patients and provide counseling.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Create individualized treatment plans.
• Meet regularly with patients to monitor progress and adjust plans.
• Coordinate with families and care teams as appropriate.
