Job summary

Headlight is seeking licensed clinicians in California to join a clinician-led team focused on improving patient outcomes. You will diagnose and treat mental health disorders, develop individualized treatment plans, and meet with clients regularly to monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed.

The role includes handling of insurance and billing by the organization, allowing clinicians to focus on delivering care.

Qualifications

• 12 months clinical setting experience after licensure.
• Active LMFT/LCSW/LPC/LPCC or Psychologist license.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive rapport with patients and families.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Create and adjust individualized treatment plans.
• Meet with patients regularly for counseling and progress assessments.
• Involve family members when appropriate and coordinate care.
