Job summary

Headlight is seeking licensed clinicians to join a hybrid team focused on transforming mental healthcare in California. You will diagnose, treat, and continuously refine patient care plans while collaborating with a clinical leadership team to advance standards of care.

Minimum 12 months post-licensure, active California license required. English/Spanish bilinguals are a plus; strong communication and teamwork are essential for success in a supportive, technology-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid, active clinical license (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC or Psychologist) in California.
• Minimum 12 months clinical setting after licensure.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive rapport with patients.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Create individualized treatment plans.
• Meet with patients regularly for counseling and adjust plans.
• Conduct ongoing progress assessments.
• Involve family members when appropriate.
• Plan outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities.
