Job summary

Headlight is seeking licensed clinicians to join our expert team delivering person-centered mental health care across the Western US. You’ll provide therapy, create individualized plans, and collaborate with clinicians and support teams using advanced technology.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinicians with 12+ months post-licensure clinical experience.
• Master’s degree or higher in a related field and active license required.
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive rapport with patients.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Create individualized treatment plans.
• Meet with patients regularly for counseling and plan adjustments.
• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress.
• Involve and advise family members when appropriate.
