Job summary

Headlight is seeking licensed clinicians to join a clinician-led team transforming access to mental healthcare. You will work with executive therapists and psychiatrists while admin, billing, and marketing support you in providing client-centered care.

We offer a W-2 role with base salary plus monthly bonus, comprehensive benefits including 401(k) contributions, CEU support, and flexible work options such as work-from-home or hybrid schedules, emphasizing collaboration and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12 months of clinical setting after licensure.
• Master’s degree or higher in related field.
• Active license (LMFT/LCSW/LPC/LPCC or Psychologist); interns not considered.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Maintain licensure/certification throughout employment.
• Team-oriented and well-organized with strong communication.
• EHR proficiency; NextGen preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with patients.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Create individualized treatment plans.
• Meet with patients regularly for treatment and progress review.
• Involve family as appropriate and guide care decisions.
• Plan outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities.
