Job summary

Headlight seeks licensed clinicians to transform mental healthcare across the Western U.S. You will provide compassionate therapy, diagnose and treat mental health disorders, and develop individualized care plans with autonomy and clinical support.

Qualifications

• Master’s Level Degree or higher in related fields.
• Full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC or Psychologist license.
• 12 months minimum clinical experience after licensure.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Create individualized treatment plans according to patient needs.
• Meet with patients regularly to provide counseling and adjust plans as necessary.
• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress and involve families when appropriate.
• Plan outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities.
