Job summary

Headlight is seeking licensed clinicians to join their mission-driven team in transforming mental healthcare. You’ll diagnose, treat, and manage care plans, while leveraging advanced technology for documentation and client engagement.

Applicants must hold a full, active license and have 12+ months clinical experience; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Remote/hybrid options exist; California licensure is required for eligibility at this time.

Qualifications

• 12 months of clinical experience after full licensure.
• Master’s degree or higher in related field.
• Active license LMFT/LCSW/LPC/LPCC or Psychologist; associate/intern not hired.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Maintain licensure/certification throughout employment.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to guide others.
• EHR proficiency with NextGen; computer literacy across common apps.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Create individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Meet with patients regularly for counseling and adjust plans as needed.
• Conduct ongoing assessments and involve families when appropriate.
• Plan outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities.
