The Insurance Service Representative is a licensed, service-focused role built on the core CSR function, elevated by a Florida 6-20 All-Lines Adjuster license. This role provides licensed-level claim guidance to policyholders and claimants, and processes claim payments to shops, customers, and other parties related to first party exposures.
This position offers remote work in the Southeast Region
High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s degree a plus).
