Qualifications

• Active adjuster license required; PIP claims experience preferred.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3+ years in related claims work.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; strong communication is essential.

Responsibilities

• Review PIP claims to determine coverage and eligibility.
• Analyze medical records, police reports, and documents for injury assessment.
• Interpret policies and regulations to determine coverage.
• Communicate with claimants, medical professionals, and attorneys.
• Provide clear explanations of coverage decisions to claimants.
• Conduct claim interviews and maintain organized files.
• Issue payments per policy and company guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company procedures.
• Generate reports on claims activity and trends.
• Identify potential fraud and collaborate with SIU.
• Deliver timely updates and excellent customer service.
• Prepare documentation for regulatory and legal purposes.
