Catch Coverage is seeking licensed ACA Health Insurance Agents for a fully remote, full-time role. You will educate consumers on ACA Marketplace options, assess needs, and guide enrollment, while delivering high-quality customer service. Both newly licensed and experienced agents are welcome to apply.

Compensation includes $20.00 per hour with uncapped commission opportunities and ongoing training in a performance-driven environment focused on compliance and growth.

Qualificações

• Active Health or Health/Life Insurance License in good standing is required.
• Newly licensed agents are encouraged to apply; prior ACA sales experience is not required.
• Experience in ACA marketplace, telesales, call center, or customer service is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Educate consumers on ACA Marketplace options.
• Assess coverage needs and explain plan features.
• Guide consumers through Marketplace enrollment.
• Provide professional customer service throughout interactions.
• Maintain accurate enrollment documentation in company systems.
