Job summary

Catch Coverage, LLC is hiring Licensed ACA Health Insurance Agent to join our fully remote team. You will educate consumers on ACA Marketplace options, identify coverage that fits their needs, and guide them through enrollment. This is a full-time, W-2 remote sales role with training and support.

Newly licensed agents welcome; prior ACA sales is a plus but not required. Compensation includes $20.00 per hour plus uncapped commissions, with potential to reach $70,000–$100,000 OTE depending on

Qualifications

• Active Health or Health/Life Insurance License in good standing.
• Newly licensed agents encouraged; prior ACA sales experience not required.
• Experience in ACA, health insurance, telesales, call center, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to complete and maintain ACA Marketplace/FFM registration and training prior to enrollments.
• Ability to satisfy carrier contracting and appointment requirements.
• Coachable, dependable, and motivated to develop within the insurance industry.

Responsibilities

• Educate consumers on ACA Marketplace options.
• Assess coverage needs and explain plan features.
• Guide consumers through the Marketplace enrollment process.
• Provide professional customer service throughout interactions.
• Maintain accurate customer information and enrollment documentation.
• Meet sales, quality, productivity, attendance, and customer experience targets.
• Maintain licensing, certifications, and credentials.
