Job summary

Catch Coverage Company is hiring licensed ACA Health Insurance Agents for a fully remote, W-2 role. You will educate consumers on ACA Marketplace options, assess needs, and guide enrollment while delivering professional customer service.

Newly licensed agents are encouraged to apply, with uncapped commissions and an hourly base. The role emphasizes training, compliance, and ongoing development in a supportive, performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Active Health or Health/Life Insurance License in good standing.
• Newly licensed agents encouraged to apply; ACA sales experience not required.
• Previous ACA/health insurance or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to complete and maintain ACA Marketplace training prior to enrollments.
• Must satisfy carrier contracting and appointment requirements.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable in a goal-oriented, performance-driven sales environment.
• Coachable, dependable, and motivated to develop in insurance.
• Strong computer navigation across multiple systems.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a remote team.
• Reliable high-speed internet and professional home workspace.
• Ability to maintain licensing and continuing education requirements.
• Willingness to work extra hours during peak enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Educate consumers on ACA Marketplace options.
• Assess coverage needs and explain plan features.
• Guide consumers through Marketplace enrollment and application.
• Provide professional, consultative customer service throughout interactions.
• Maintain accurate applicant information and enrollment documentation.
• Follow up with prospective and enrolled consumers as required.
• Meet sales, conversion, quality, productivity, attendance, and CX targets.
• Maintain compliance with CMS, Marketplace, carriers, and licensing requirements.
• Maintain all licenses, certifications, and credentials.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings.
• Navigate multiple systems to assist customers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
