Job summary

Catch Coverage seeks licensed ACA Health Insurance Agents for a fully remote role in SD. You will educate consumers on ACA Marketplace options, guide enrollment, and provide consultative service. The position offers $20.00 per hour plus uncapped commission, with ongoing training and strong growth opportunities.

Newly licensed agents are encouraged to apply; prior ACA sales experience is a plus, but not required. This is a full-time W-2 role with a supportive, performance-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Active Health or Health/Life Insurance License in good standing.
• Newly licensed agents are encouraged to apply; prior ACA sales experience is not required.
• Previous ACA, health insurance, telesales, call center, or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to complete and maintain ACA Marketplace/FFM registration and training.
• Ability to meet carrier contracting and appointment requirements.
• Strong computer navigation and ability to work across multiple systems.
• Ability to work independently in a remote team environment.

Responsibilities

• Educate consumers on ACA Marketplace health insurance options.
• Assess coverage needs and explain plan options, premiums, deductibles, and networks.
• Guide consumers through the Marketplace application and enrollment.
• Provide professional, consultative customer service during interactions.
• Maintain accurate customer information and enrollment documentation.
• Follow up with prospective and enrolled consumers as required.
• Maintain licensing, certifications, and Marketplace credentials.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings.
