Job summary

Catch Coverage, LLC seeks licensed ACA Health Insurance Agents to educate consumers on ACA Marketplace options and guide them through enrollment. This fully remote role offers $20.00 per hour plus commission, with ongoing training and performance-driven growth opportunities.

Ideal candidates hold an active health or health/life license in good standing, with or without ACA sales experience. You will work in a collaborative, remote team environment and support customers through the enrollment

Qualifications

• Active Health or Health/Life Insurance License in good standing.
• Newly licensed agents encouraged; prior ACA sales experience not required.
• Experience in ACA, health insurance, telesales, call center, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to complete and maintain ACA Marketplace/FFM registration and training.

Responsibilities

• Educate consumers on ACA Marketplace options.
• Assess needs and explain plan features (premiums, deductibles, networks).
• Guide applicants through Marketplace enrollment.
• Maintain accurate customer information and enrollment docs.
• Meet sales, quality, productivity, and attendance targets.
• Maintain licensing, certifications, and carrier appointments.
• Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings.
