Job summary

Catch Coverage is seeking licensed ACA Health Insurance Agents for a fully remote role to guide individuals and families through ACA Marketplace options and enrollment. The position is full-time and W-2, offering $20.00 per hour plus commission opportunities.

Newly licensed agents are strongly encouraged to apply; prior ACA sales experience is a plus but not required. Ongoing training and support are provided in a performance-driven culture focused on customer experience and compliance.

Qualifications

• Active Health or Health/Life Insurance license in good standing.
• Newly licensed agents encouraged to apply; ACA sales experience a plus but not required.
• Experience in ACA, health insurance, telesales, call center or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate consumers on ACA Marketplace options.
• Assess coverage needs and explain plan features.
• Guide consumers through Marketplace enrollment.
• Provide professional customer service throughout interactions.
• Maintain accurate customer information and enrollment documents.
• Meet sales, quality, productivity and attendance expectations.
• Maintain licensing, certifications and credentials.
