Job summary

ONE LICENSE seeks to grow their team of License Holder Support Agents for employment in a digital copyright licensing agency for sacred music. Fully remote role within the US, with potential for full- or part-time work and health benefits after 90 days.

You will support thousands of churches and ministries, handling inquiries via Zoom, email, and Zendesk, and onboarding license holders while collaborating within a small team. Immediate start available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Self-starter, reliable, and dependable with long-term commitment.
• Willing to learn new skills and expand knowledge of copyright, sacred music, and licensing.
• Calm under pressure and patient with customers.
• Proficient with Google Drive, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and Gmail; Zendesk, MailChimp, Basecamp, Canva, and WordPress are a plus.
• Associate’s Degree or equivalent job experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve nearly 28,000 churches and related organizations with online music licensing resources.
• Communicate with customers via Zoom, email, voicemail, and Zendesk.
• Onboard License Holders and promote ONE LICENSE services.
• Collaborate with a small team within a larger parent-company environment.
• Perform basic accounting tasks: data entry, filing, and processing payments.
• Provide general customer service: answer questions, share resources, and send invoices.
