Job summary

Fairfax Behavioral Health, a UHS facility, seeks a Community Liaison to join the Business Development team in Kirkland. The role focuses on building relationships with the community and referring agencies to drive demand for psychiatric and detox services.

The position requires a marketing or related background and proven experience in referral development, account management, and physician relationships. Travel is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field required.
• Three years minimum documented experience in referral development, account management, sales growth, and physician relationships preferred.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Directly serves as liaison between the facility, the community, and referring agencies.
• Responsible for creating demand for the facility’s services through ethical marketing and sales methods.
• Present a positive and professional public image of the facility within the community.
• Implement the facility’s strategic sales plan and manage assigned territory and accounts.
