Gallagher Bassett is seeking a senior claims leader to supervise a liability claims team and drive high-quality, efficient service across diverse caseloads. The role emphasizes Best Practices, talent development, and effective workload management within a technology-enabled environment.

You will guide hiring, training, and ongoing coaching to elevate team performance, while maintaining strong client, carrier, and broker communications.

Formación

• Background in fraud/SIU with supervisory experience required.
• Minimum of 10 years related claims experience, including litigated files.
• Licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled.

How you'll make an impact

• Supervise: Lead and encourage a liability claims team handling a variety of caseload sizes and complexities to deliver high-quality and efficient service.
• Promote Best Practices: Guide claims team to handle claims in accordance with GB’s Best Practices.
• Drive Talent: Take charge of adjuster hiring and training, encouraging a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
• Manage Workloads: Define team goals, motivate performance, and effectively manage workloads to ensure optimal efficiency.
• Utilize Technology: Harness the power of Gallagher's technology to enhance your team's efficiency and overall quality of service.
• Client Communication: Communicate with clients, carriers, and brokers in a professional, positive, and proactive manner.
• Prioritize and Develop: Effectively manage multiple competing priorities, identify coaching opportunities, and position team members for successful development.

About You

Ideal candidates for this position will have:

• Background in fraud/SIU with some supervisory experience
• Prior claims handling and leadership experience
• Litigation expereince, catastrophic loss, and trucking/transportation preferred

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 10 years related claims experience. Must have claims handling on litigated files.
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled
• Knowledge of all team member related functions
