Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years of claims handling experience, including Auto, General Liability, and Litigation.
• Active Home State license required and maintained.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Supervises claims staff in day-to-day operations.
• Assists with recruitment, interviewing, onboarding of new staff.
• Ensures compliance with Workers' Compensation laws and reporting.
• Provides guidance on complex claims, investigations, and litigation.
