Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related experience.
• Current Adjuster’s License in state of operation required.
• Multi-State license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage non-complex medical and minor lost-time liability claims under supervision.
• Receive claims, confirm coverage and acknowledge the claim.
• Determine validity and compensability of the claim.
• Establish reserves and authorize payments within reserving authority limits.
• Communicate claim status with the customer, claimant, and client.
• Collaborate with team on more complex or problematic claims as necessary.
