Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a mid-level Lemon Law attorney for a remote role with California Bar. You will evaluate pre-litigation matters, manage cases, and develop strategies while negotiating with manufacturers and dealerships. A JD and California Bar admission are required.

You’ll prepare documents, demand letters, and settlements, and advise clients through the pre-litigation process in a busy, consumer-protection practice.

Qualifications

• Must be admitted to the California State Bar.
• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Ability to handle an aggressive caseload.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and defense counsel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage pre-litigation cases in Lemon Law.
• Evaluate statute of limitations for new matters and audit signed cases.
• Conduct thorough case analysis and develop strategies.
• Communicate and negotiate with manufacturers and dealerships.
• Prepare legal documents, including demand letters and settlement agreements.
• Provide counsel and support to clients throughout the pre-litigation process.
