Job summary

Jobot is seeking a California-licensed attorney to lead pre-litigation Lemon Law matters in our Los Angeles office. You will evaluate cases, assess SOL, and develop strategies while communicating with manufacturers and dealerships to advance client interests.

The role requires a JD from an accredited school, admission to the CA State Bar, and the ability to manage a demanding caseload with strong written and verbal communication skills. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Must be admitted to the California State Bar.
• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Ability to handle an aggressive caseload.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage pre-litigation Lemon Law cases.
• Evaluate statute of limitations for new matters and audit new cases.
• Conduct thorough case analysis and develop strategies.
• Communicate and negotiate with manufacturers and dealerships.
• Prepare legal documents, including demand letters and settlement agreements.
• Provide counsel and support to clients through the pre-litigation process.
