Job summary

LumenCeler Group in Los Angeles seeks a attorney with California Lemon Law experience to manage a full caseload from inception to resolution, working directly with clients and collaborating with experienced litigators.

Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, settlements; conducting research; taking and defending depositions; attending hearings and mediations; negotiating settlements; and keeping clients updated throughout litigation.

Qualifications

• Active membership in the California State Bar.
• 2+ years of civil litigation experience required.
• 2+ years of California Lemon Law litigation experience preferred.
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and case management skills.
• Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy abilities.
• Ability to independently manage a caseload while meeting deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
