Job summary

The Lemon Pros LLP in California seeks a highly skilled Senior Attorney/Litigator to own complex cases from intake to resolution. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of litigation experience, an active California Bar license, exceptional negotiation and writing skills, and the ability to handle high-volume dockets while

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school
• Active CA Bar in good standing
• Minimum 5 years of litigation experience
• Experience handling depositions, discovery, law and motion, mediations, and settlement negotiations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and case-management abilities

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage an assigned caseload from litigation through resolution
• Develop legal strategies designed to maximize favorable outcomes for clients
• Handle written discovery, depositions, law and motion, mediations, settlement negotiations
• Provide legal counsel to clients throughout the litigation process
• Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients through litigation and resolution
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable state and federal laws and case law
• Collaborate with marketing and client intake teams to assess potential cases
• Work with firm teams to move matters efficiently toward resolution
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards and maintain professional relationships
