Florida Trial PA is seeking a remote Virtual Assistant to support our personal injury team from home. You’ll handle client communications, scheduling, data entry, and basic legal tasks for a fast-paced practice.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of admin, legal, or customer service experience.
• Law firm experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, CRMs, and legal software.

Responsibilities

• Manage client communication via phone, email, and chat.
• Schedule consultations, follow up on leads, and assist attorneys with administrative tasks.
• Organize case files, input data into our CRM, and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct basic legal research and draft correspondence as needed.
• Assist with billing, invoicing, and document management.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a seamless client experience.
