Responsibilities include scheduling hearings, collecting medical records, drafting motions, and supporting trial prep. Ideal candidates are well-organized, self-starters who can work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience Scheduling hearings/depos in legal cases.
• Experience collecting and organizing medical records.
• Ability to draft motions, pleadings and discovery documents.
• Experience with trial preparation and support.
• Strong organizational skills and deadline discipline.
• Self-starter able to work independently.
