Job summary

Priority VA in Florida is seeking a seasoned family law paralegal to own client documents, intakes, and weekly status updates in a remote setting. You will manage hearing materials, support trial preparation, and maintain a fully paperless practice while collaborating with leaders.

The role requires 5+ years with Florida family law and comfort with AI tools like Clio Vicent; 10+ years in the field is preferred. Florida residency is strongly favored.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Florida family law paralegal experience.
• 10 years of experience preferred.
• Experience in a fully paperless office environment.
• Remote position with Florida residency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own client documents and communication, including client intakes and weekly status updates.

• Own operations and close loops on process flow.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools daily, including Clio Vicent, in the workflow.

This Florida family law office is growing and needs a seasoned family law paralegal who can hit the ground running. If you take ownership of your work and support leaders with case management, legal research, document drafting, and client support, we want to hear from you! As the office Paralegal, you will be responsible for the following:

• Own client documents and communication, including client intakes and weekly status updates
• Prepare hearing and trial materials
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Florida family law paralegal , 10 years preferred.
• Experience in a fully paperless office environment
• Ability to claim ownership and close loops on operations
• Hands-on experience working with AI Tools daily, such as Vicent through Clio, is required.
